The hearing of the charges for wilful murder preferred against Henry William Finley and Ernest Seel in connection with the shooting of the sailor Greenroso on Sunday the 18th ult, was resumed at the Hospital to»day when the eyidence of the wounded man Mac Donald was taken, also and that of Detective Herbert. Both prisoners were committed for trial on the capital charge.
