Wanganui Supreme Court

(per press association). Wanganui, This Day. The sessions of the Supreme Court opened this morning before Chief Justice Prendergast. The Criminal calender is very light, only five charges including W. Campbell, junr., larceny ; James Keen, attempted arson ; H. T. Korth, false pretences ; G. T. Joss, two charges of forging and uttering. The civil list is rather lengthy, but the sessions are expected to conclude this week. In the Supreme Court William Campbell was found guilty of larceny. He was admitted to probation for twelve months providing an arrangement was made. A true bill was found against George Turner Joss on two charges of forging and uttering.
