NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Kiwitea Road Board, at a special meeting to be held on SATURDAY, the 22nd October, 1892, to strike or levy a Special Rate of one penny and seven eighths of a penny in the pound over the whole of the rateable value of the rateable property (Crown and Native lands excepted) within the Ongo Ward of the Kiwitea Road District, for the purpose of providing interest on a loan of £5000, to be borrowed under "The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886," such rate to be annually recurring for 26 years, and to be payable in equal halfyearly instalments on the Ist days of January and July in each year.
