Paris. September 10. M. Hoffkine, an assistant of M. Pasteur's, declares that the inoculation of the latter's anti-choleraic vaccine can be practiced on human beings with perfect security and immunity within a week of taking the disease. London, September 10. The crew and officers, except the captain, of a ship bound to Hamburg, refused to sail in her owing to the prevalence of cholera and the Falmouth Bench upheld their refusal. The owners will appeal against the decision. Berlin, September 12. Two hundred and sixty deaths occurred in Hamburg on Saturday, and 280 yesterday. The epidemic is slowly decreasing on the Continent generally.
