In the matter of a Bill to authorise the Wanganui Harbour Board to make Special Provision for the Disposal of the Balance of their Rural Endowment Lands. NOTICE is hereby given that a Bill will be introduced into Parliament during its present sessipu intituled "The Wanganui Harbour Board Endowment Sale Act, 1892." The objects of the said Bill are to authorise the Waflgaaui Harbour Board to make special provision for the disposal of about 7000 acres of the balance of their Endowment Lands on deferred payments to the Pohangina Small Farm Association in terms of the Land Act, 1885. A copy of the said Bill with plan attached showing the balance of the Endowment to be disposed of under the Bill, has been deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court Wanganui, and another copy of the said Bill with plan as aforesaid attached has been deposited in the Resident Magistrate's Court, Feilding, at both of which places the said copy, Bill and plan are open for public inspection.
