Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs 21s. A. Smart v John Lane ; claim, £2 7s. Mr Sandilands for plaintiff. Judgment for plaintiff and costs 6s. J. H. Ashworth v P, Scheldt; claim 5s 6d. Plaintiff is the Registrar of Dogs for the Manchester Road Board, and sued defendant for 10s the tax on a fancy dog, of which 2s 6d only had been paid. Defendant consented to judgment for amount claimed and costs of court Hi. J. C. Morey vJ. A. Belk ; claim £6 3s 2d. Mr Prior for plaintiff. The amount was due on a promissory note, and judgment was given for the amount claimed with costs 10a, and solicitor's fee 21s. James Patterson v tJ. Richards ; claim £5 12 lid. Mr Richmond for the plaintiff. Judgment for the plaintiff for amount claimed with costs 18s, and solicitors' fee 21s.
