Feilding Patent Case
♦ (per press association.) Wkllikg ton July 25. The application for a patent by Mr J. Bartholomew, senior, of Feilding, —an invention in connection with a sixwheeler adjustment — was refused. It was opposed by Messrs Belk and Parr on the grounds that the application was an infringement of an existing patent.
