LPSR UNITED PRKSS ASSOCIATION.; Wellington This Day. It has been raining almost continually since Sunday, and shows no signs of abatement. The rivers are all flooded, and several slips have taken place. The weather is the worst experienced here for some time. Since the first of the month 6 - 65 inches of rain fell, and from Sunday to nine this morning 3£ inches have fallen.
