The guarantee fund amounts to £L 7,000. Two hundred thousand tickets are issued for the meeting to-morrow, and great enthusiasm is being shown over the whole of Ireland. Juno 17. Belfast is crowded with people attracted by the Ulster Convention, and the town is gorgeously decorated. Business is suspended, and the people seem profoundly in earnest.
