Messrs P. E. Jackson and Go report as follows : - Fat cattle, in few numbers, were good quality throughout at Johnsonyille Ox beef made 17s the lOOIbs. Sheep were in average supply. Prime wethers made from 16s to 17s 6d, others 13s lid to 16s 9d ; fat ewes, 14s to 14s 6d. No pigs came to hand. A fair number of stock came forward at Warerley and Wanganui. We sold nearly all out at Waverley. The bidding at St, Hill-street was dull bat we placed most of the stock after the auction. Prices are even generally all round, ■ Cattle.— At Waverley: Steers, £3 18s to £4 25 ; cows, £3 to £3 17s fid ; heifers, £3 ss ; yearlings, 35s to 46*. At St Hill street: Steera. £3 3s to £3 10s ; cows, £3 ss ; heifers, £'2 3s to £2 15s ; weaners, 325. . Sheep»— At Warerley: Fat wethers, 14s 8d ; ewes, 13s Id; wethers, lls 6d ; culls. ss. At St Hill street : Fat wethers, 15s Id ; store wethers, 10s to 10s 6d ; lambs, 5s 6d to Bs. Pigs.— Baconers, 37s to 41s ; porkers. 14s 6d to 255 ; small fat pigs, 8s 6d,
