The steamer Warorn, from Calcutta,, has arrived here with a sprious case of smallpox on board. The Health Officers have ordered the vessel into close quarantine. This Day. H.M.S. Archer, which has just arrived from the Islands, reports that two Belgians belonging to a trading schooner at Poi mutinied and shot the captain and supercargo, and poisoned the other members of the crew. They seized the vessel and and altered the name. At Panape a half-caste gave information to the Governor. The schooner was seized and the Belgians arrested at the point of the bayonet after a violent resistance. They were imprisoned and eventually sent away heavily chained in a Spanish man-of-war to Manilla for tnal. Melbottbne, May 30. The Government has decided not to grant a Select Committee to enquire into the circumstances connected with the suspension of the Railway Commissioners, but is willing, however, that the Commissioners may be heard from the Bar of the House.
