Chamberlain on sections 64 to 58, Block im., Apiti, for which an application had been made for titles. It was resolved to grant.titles tor sections 64 and 68, but not to the others pending completion of improvements; Applications to capitalise were approved as follows : — J. F. Harris, H.- A. - F. and G. L. Sixtus, F. E. Allen, T. ; Waugh, P. Nesdale (Apiti), P. Scandlyn '" (Tiririraukawa), J. Lanks, TV. P. Foreman (Makuri), S. Avery, H. Croad, W. ! E. Barnett, J. E. Gilby, T. and W. Gilbert (Mangahao), E. L. Mowbray (Mangone), J. M. Munro (Bunnythorpe V.S.) The Commissioner reported that G. Gordon, who held a half-share in per- . petual lease sections 13 and 85j Blobk II ' and VI, Pohangina, had left 1 the colony before signing the lease." The Board decided to cancel Mr D.MeKnight's interest in section 18, Block IV. Apiti. The Board then adjourned till 2.15 p.m.
