(PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Lohdon, April 24. Edward Deeming has retained Mr "Wilson Wallis to appear on behalf of his brother at Bow street. Affidavits are being prepared to prove that there is hereditary insanity in the family, but the solicitors are silent, pending the completion of their enquiries. April 25. The lawyers retained by Albert Deeming, on behalf of his brother, hope to collect sufficient evidence of the latter 's insanity so as to mitigate the sentence.
