Messrs Murray Roberts and Co were yesterday in receipt of the following cablegram from their London House, Messrs Sanderson, Murray, and Co., regarding the London wool sales :— " London, April sth, 1892. Very large attendance of buyers, and competition brisk. Greasy merino, medium to good, have advanced 5 per cent. Other de« criptions, market firmer, but not quotably higher."
We would refer the readers of this paper to our first page announcement of some good ranges of strong, useful. Crimean Shirtings. Concerning these we may say that the patterns and colorings are the best procurable, that the prices are uncommonly low, clue regard being had to the quality, and that we shall be pleased to forward patterns, post free, to any address on application to Te Aro House, Wellington.
