To His Excellency the GoviiuNoit in Council. nHHE humble petition of the underX signed ratepayers in the Kiwitea Koad Board District sheweth that your petitioners whose signatures appear at the foot hereof are desirous, in terms of " The Road Board's Act, 1882," that the district, the boundaries of which are set forth below, and being the whole of the Pohangina and Ruahine Wards of the Kiwitea Road Board be gazetted a separate Road Board District to be called the Pohaugina Road Board. Boundaries : — Bounded on the west by the Oroua River from the southwest corner of the Wauganui Harbor Board Endowment Block to the north-west boundary of the Feilding Special Settlement Block ; towards the north by the Oroua River to its source and from thence by a straight line to the summit of the Kuahiuc range and on the east by the summit of the Ruahine range to the southern boundary of the Kiwitea Road Board District, and on the south by the southern boundary of the said Kiwiten Koad District to the Oroua River.
