Memoranda. .#. A petition from the ratepayers of the Kiwitea Road Board District appears elsewhere. Mr C. SchuKe, of Palmerston North, importer of hardware, advertises guns, ammunition, etc, for the shooting season 1892. Messrs Belk and Parr have a notice in to-day relative to their patent for constructing four-wheeled vehicles so that they can be sately driyen round sharp corners. Notice is given by advertisement that the annual general meeting of the Feilding Football Club will be held at Mrs Oliver's Empire Hotel on Saturday eyening at 7-30 p.m. Cobbe and Darragh haye purchased a big lot of wholesale samples of towels, umbrellas, carpets, corsets, underskirts, pants, and hosiery. These goods have been bought at a big discount off regular prices, und will be sold cheap for cash* — Advt. Ladies would find it to their advantage to make their choice as early as possible, and so have the advantage of getting their dresses made in good time for the season at Te Aro House, Wellington.
