T KENNEDY MACDONALD & CO. ■ (Limited) are favored witb instructions from the Directors ofthe Wellington and Manawatu Railway Company (Limited) to sell by public auction, as above, some SIXTY THOUSAND ACRES OF LAND, as under — THE TOKOMARU VALLEY BLOCK, Containing some 21,000 acres of the FINEST PASTORAL LAND, sabdivided into thirty-five sections, ranging in area from 127 acres to 1891 acres. The new road through the Tokomaru Valley is available for dray traffic for six miles from the township. THE OHAU-MANUKAU BLOCK, Containing some 20,000 acres of PASTORAL LAND, subdivided iuto eighteen sections, ranging in area from 457 acres to 2272 acres. And part of THE OTAKI BLOCK, Containing some 18,000 acres of PASTORAL LAND, subdivided into seventeen sections, ranging in area from 290 acres to 1986 acres. The above valuable lands are situate adjacent to the townships of Tokomaru, Ohan, and Otaki. They are easily reached by roads and bridle-tracks running from the railway station, and guides will be in attendance on specified dates to point out the boundary pegs of the various sections. It may be 'of interest to intending sellers to know tliat tlie County Council and Highway Boards are now engaged constructing the main and district roads, wbich will secure the most complete communication to these lands. As in previous sales, the Terms of Sale have been fixed on a basis of liberality unequalled in the colony, and one eminently calculated to give to the industrious and provident, however poor, all the advantages usually obtained by those in possession of considerable capital. DEPOSIT at SALE : TEN PER CENT. NO FURTHER PAYMENT FOR SEVEN YEARS. INTEREST : FIVE PER CENT. Should the purchaser wish to extend his time from seven years to fourteen years ho may do so on paying six per cent, interest per annum instead of five per cent, per annum.
