The new road through the Tokomaru Valley is available for dray traffic for six miles from the township. It may be 'of interest to intending sellers to know tliat tlie County Council and Highway Boards are now engaged constructing the main and district roads, wbich will secure the most complete communication to these lands. As in previous sales, the Terms of Sale have been fixed on a basis of liberality unequalled in the colony, and one eminently calculated to give to the industrious and provident, however poor, all the advantages usually obtained by those in possession of considerable capital. DEPOSIT at SALE : TEN PER CENT. NO FURTHER PAYMENT FOR SEVEN YEARS. INTEREST : FIVE PER CENT. Should the purchaser wish to extend his time from seven years to fourteen years ho may do so on paying six per cent, interest per annum instead of five per cent, per annum.
