The Statist calculates there will be an increase of a quarter of a million bales of wool for sale this year, and a further fall in prices is quite possible. The weakened state of credit and the. operation of the McKinley tariff have caused a general shrinkage in the lrade. There is not yery much frozen meat in stock.
