An injunction was granted in the Supreme Court to»day to restrain the Dobson-Kennedy Company playing " Little Lord Fauntleroy," Archdeacon Mules, Bishop-elect of Nelson, was consecrated Bisnop at St. Paul's pro« Cathedral this morning, the Primate officiating. All the visiting bishops and clergy were present. Bishop Mules was then presented to the Primate when the usual oath was taken and the Bishop made the profession of obedience to the Primate of the Church of New Zealand. The ceremonj was witnessed by a large congregation, principally composed of ladies. A deputation from the boilermakers waited on the Premier and the Minister for Public Works to-day, urging that the work at present manufactured out of the colony could be executed in New Zealand. The Premier said if the deputation would compile a full list of alterations which they required the Government would give the fullest consideration to it. Chbistchubch, February 24. A man named Robert Creagh was found unconscious at Avonside this morning with a severe wound in his head, which had bled profusely. Blood was traced from where he lay to a house in Chester street, where he had been struck on the head during a row between 1 and 5 a.m. Two women, Alice Clayton and Annie Cassidy, living there, were arrested to-night. Creagh, who is in the Hospital, is in a critical condition. Auckland, February 24. The public farewell of the citizens of Auckland to Lord and Lady Onslow took place to-day. After the luncheon a procession of people accompanied Lord and Lady Onslow to the steamer Mararoa. Thousands of people were in the streets as the Mararoa left the wharf. The vessel was accompanied as far as the Heads by a great number of yachts and rowing boats.
