The Manchester Rules paraded on Thursday afternoon for inspection by Major Newall. Thirty-five men of ail ranks were present. After the corps had been drilled in company movements by Sergt. Major Macmillan, the arms &c, were examined and found correct. Yesterday morning the corps met at the r.ange, and went through volley and independent firing. This is a very important concession, and every man in the - corps should take advantage of it.
