TO TRAVEL THIS SEASON IN TEE Rangitikei & Sueeounding Distbicts, The well-known American Trotting Stallion OAKGEOVE OAKGROVE is a blood bay with black points, 16| hands high and well proportioned throughout. He is considered by competent judges to be one of the best carriage horses ever imported to this colony. Ho was imported by John Kerr, Esq., M.H.R., who says he has no equal in the colony for getting hacks, hunters, or fast and powerful light hari ness horses. Oakgrove is by Irvmgton, dam Druidess ; Irvington is by liysdyk's Hambletonian, dam Imogene by Seeley's American Star. Oakgrove will bo at Mr Chnrley Fitz« Herbert's, Cinder Hill, Makino, on Tuesday ; in Feilding and Palmerston on Wednesday ; Bulls on Thursday. Terms : £3 3s per season, or half guar> antce £4 — £2 first of January, 1892. £2 first September, 1892, or when mare proves in foal. Paddocking free for one month.
