RULES AND REGULATIONS. 2 Nominations for Champion Race and all handicaps, including jumping events, must be sent to the Secretary on or before Wednesday, 9th December, not later than 8,30 p.m. Competitors are rpquested to iorward Postal Notes and not Stamps. Two shillings on each handicap event and full entry money for Champion Race to be paid on Nomination, accomnnnied by a statement of public performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities of such performances ; the remainder of entrance fee on acceptance, which can be made on the ground ; other events post entries. Colors must be named on nomination. The committee reserve the right to run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must be members of some Athletic Society, and must produce certificates to that effect. Any competitor found guilty of srnding in false performances, running uuder an assumed name, or practising any fraud shall be disqualified for life. The committee reserve the right to require any competitor cither before or after any event to make a declaration as to his identity and the correctness of Ins description of his performances. Tlie committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make the required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. Entries will be received and sports conducted under the printed rules of tbe Peilding Athletic Sports, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Trains wili stop at the ground. No intoxicating drinks allowed on the ground. Admission at gates : Adults, Is ; children between 8 and 32 years, half price; under 8 years, free.
