Two shillings on each event to be paid on Nomination, accompanied by. a state : ment of public' performances for the last two years (matches included), with dates and localities of such performances ; the remainder of entrance fee oh acceptance, which can be made on the ground ; other events post entries. Colors must be named on nomination. The committee reserve the right lo run any race under 300 yards in heats. Amateurs must be members of some Athletic Society, and must produce certificates to that effect. Any competitor found guilty of srnd» ing in false performances, running under an assumed name, or practising any fraud shall be disqualified for life. The committee reserve the right to re quire any .competitor cither before or after any event to make a declaration as ' to his identity and the correctness of his description of his. performances. The committee may disqualify any competitor before or after any event who shall refuse to make (he required declaration, and he shall not be entitled to claim any prize. Entries will be received and sports conducted under the printed rules of the Feilding Athletic Sports, obtainable from the Secretary, price Is. Trains will stop at'the ground. No intoxicating drinks, allowed on the ground, Admission at gates : Adults, Is ; children between- 8 : and 12 years, half price ; under 8 years, free.
