"Mr OT3rien, ia a letter to the Freeman's Journal, says that at~fche Boulogne conference the Parnellites consented atliFsl-'fco'lvlr DiiloD,-and;after-wards to himself, taking the leadersKijr of the Party. He publishes a letter of thanks from Mr Parnell for the manner in which he had carried on the negotiations on the subject. October 18. Mr T. Harrington, Secretary of the Irish National League, challenges Mr W. O'Brien to produce the documents confirming the statements contained in a letter to the Freeman's Journal as to what took place at the Boulogne Conference respecting the leadership of the Irish Party. - Mr Dillon and Mr T. Healy are re-' ceivins police protection. . . October 19. Mr Dillon has denounced the Parnellites as traitors. ;i .
