First Handicap Hack Race. — Jack' the Lad, 9-0; Ishmael, 7-12; Viola II 7-11 ; Empire, 9-7 ; Pill, and Maroro 7-7 ; Epsom, 7-6 ; Taihaire, and Stranger 7-5 ; Volley, 7-0. Cheistchukch, October 1(5. Fraternite was scratched at 3.5 p.m to-day for all engagements at the C J.C Metropolitan meeting.
