Two sets of harness are advertised for sale by Mr Trimble. Train services for the "Wangamii Baces are published elsewhere. A patent key, found yesterday, has been left at the Stab Office. Additions are made to-day to the list of entries fqr Messrs Stevens and Gorton's sale at Awahuri. A preliminary notice of the thoroughbred horse Sir Garnet appears to-day. A carriage lamp spring and socket have been left at the Star office. A farewell tea will be given a.t the Salvation Army ESarraoks on Saturday night, to Captain and Mrs Stevens who -will leave for Wellington on Thursday next. There will be special farewell services on Sunday during the day and eyening. For! other particulars see advertisement. Mr J. B. Pringle gives notice to-day that all accounts owing to him must be paid or arranged for before October 31, or they will be sued for. A general meeting of members of the Mangaoae Cricket Club will be held in the Mangaone Public Hall on Tuesday nest, when all interested are invited to attend.
