Concert Party

Arrangements have been completed for a tour of t^e country districts by a party O| leading- Wellington .vocalists, and a. yisit is to be paid to Feilding on th*22nd instant. Our readers will be pleased to learn that Miss Trehair-Osborne is to be one of the party, in fact "that lady has organised the company. 'Miss Osborne Was a general favourite when she visited JTeilding nearly thtee years back, and we are confident that the party she is bringing along is a strong one, for such an artistic vocalist would scarcely associate herself with inferior musical folk in an Undertaking of this kind. From our own knowledge of the individuals engaged we may remark that each member of the party has for a long time past, been in the front rank in Wellington. Misses Parsons and Johnson have sung at most of the leading concerts, and both are credited with possessing rare and welltrained voices, Messrs. KUner and Nairn are also highly spoken of as gifted and accomplished singers, both haying appeared at many high class concerts and operatic productions, The other member of the company is Miss Gardiner, who is a gifted pianist. It is probable Mr Frank (violinist) will join the party before tfflgf have, reached Feilding. The programmes "to be rendered will consist of popular music only, so that all classes should be pleased. As it is so seldom we have a chance of listening to cultured vocalists, we trust our readers will turn up and give our visitors a hearty reception. We shall publish full particulars and programme in future advertisements
