A Child Attacked by Stoats
(PER tTNITEI> PRESS ASSOCIATION.) Palmekston North, This Hay. A child named Just, 2£ years old, was attacked by two stoats when lying on the ground yesterday, in College street, near the race course. The stoats fastened oil each side of the neck. The child's scries alarmed the residents. The stoats madeoff'on their appearance, but left their, marks on the child's neck. ■ Several lambs" have been killed by stoats in this district lately.
