I PEB UNITED PKESS ASSOCIATION. I London, September 24. | The New Zealand Shipping Company will declare a dividend of 6 per cent. The money market is very firm, owing to continued demand from outside. The total quantity of wheat and flour afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,916,000 quarters, and for the Continent 2,685,000. Shares in the New Zealand Trust and Loan Company, £6 15s ; Australian and New Zealand Mortgage Agency Company, £2; National Mortgage Agency of New Zealand, 10s ; Otago and Southland Instment Company, 10s. Two hundred mats of Queensland sugar brown syrup sold by auction at 10s 3d. The wool sales are showing a slightly improved tone. Porefgn buyers are active at the wool sales, but it is believed that the McKiuley tariff is responsible in part for the fall in prices. There is a revival in the iron trade.
