(PER PRESB ASSOCIATION.) Mklbdubne, This Day. A horrible tragedy is reported from Stratford, a small township in the Gippsland district, A man named John Soas murdered his uncle, a farmer, named J. "Freitag, hacking his neck about in a frightful manner with a butcher's kmfe. Eoas also made a savage attack on Mrs Freitag, and stabbed her so seriously that her recoyery is doubtful. He intended to attack the children but -was prevented and taken into ouatody. Boss, wbo is believed to be insane, had buried $be bodj. oi his uncle in the garden.
