Replace adyertisement from Mr W. Park, bookseller, Palmerston North, appears to-day in our wanted column.

One thing m connection with this sale is worthy of special notice. All the goods arc of our own direct importation and are of excellent value at even ordin ary prices but at our greatly reduced sale prices, are marvels of cheapness and as such should be and no doubt will be speedily purchased at the surplus stock sale, Te Aro House, Wellington. This sale pru-e list is unique of its kind, the paper being printed on both sides, on the one side is a most complete list of the bargains that will be offered and on the other side are various illustra tions showing the various stages through which Te Aro House has passed from the year 1845 up to the present date. Ibis Pictorinl History no doubt will be of interest to all country settlers and will be kept by them as a memento of the Surplus Winter Stock Sale of 1891 at Te Aro House. Wellington. In connection with the sale of Surplus Winter Stock, commenciug on Friday, July 31st, we have had printed a very effective price list, copies of which we shall be happy to forward, postage free, to anyone desiring the snme, applications for those should be addressed to James Smith, Te Aro House, Wellington. As this sale we shall have no rubbish, no old or soiled gooda, no damaged or old fashioned stuff, everything is new, fresh, seasonable, nor are our goods of a low priced or inferior class. We hold that such as these may be quoted at very low prices but they would ue dear at any prices. The goods we shall offer at tlii's sale are sound, seasonable, and <<f cxc 'Hen'- value, and ihusi- uouutry settlers who may pay us a visit during its continuance will get double their moneys" worth at the Surplu s Winter Ptock Sale Te Aro House, Wellington*
