United Hunt Club

The hounds belonging to the above Club arrived from Wellington on Tuesday - last in charge of the Huntsman and Whip, Mr E. Eoake and Joe Hughes. The fixture was Mr John Saxon's. While the venue was being laid eyeryone was treated 1 moat hospitably by Mr and Mrs Saxon. The run started opposite the house, then •on to Mr Wilson's property, running in a circle back to the homestead, leaving the Chouse on the left, crossing the road into Mr Gooden's, skirting Mr Simpson's property, then through Messrs Henson's and Miller's- farms, finishing "at., the latter's house, everyone being 'very pleased, with the day's sport. On Wednesday the -bounds met at San don and we were informed by R.
