. Tuesday, June 23. The Hon. the Speaker took the chair at "V;^ 2.30j>.m. " - . Tne-Hon..the Attorney General moved - the second reading of the Legislative Council Bill. The proposed measure ' made the time of office to last but seven years, and to confine leave, of absence to the period of one session? . The Hon. Mr Barnicoat seconded the I motion. - The Hon. Dr Grace moved the adjournment of the debate, which was carried on the voices. - - The Council adjourned at 4.30.
