Owing to the organised disorder which continues. prevalent at political meetings it has been found necessary to establish a strong league with the view of suppressing it. •- , Mr Dibba,' leader of. the Opposition, has announced his intention of contesting the South Sydney seat. One of the labour, candidates who is out for the same constituency, charges the Protectionists with offering him a bribe of ;£2OO to withdraw from the contest. Mr Dibbs denies the . accusation so • far as he himself is concerned. June 15.
