Mr John Craven Was Vyo ted to tlie chair, and read the balance-sheet of the past year, which was eminently satisfactory, as it showed a balance in hand. Mr McGonogle, the retiring Secretary, then read the minutes of the closing year, which were passed and a vote of thanks accorded to the old committee, Messrs Bumble and Sexton having been appointed scrutineers, announced that the voters had returned the undermentioned ':-— Messrs Eimmer, Sanders, Craven, Freeman, Kilfotd, Potts and Searle. At the committee meeting held immediately after, Mr Sanders was elp'oted Chairman, and also Treasurer, and Mr Bimmer, Secretary. Reference was uiude io ihe crowded state of the school, and the fact that the attendance was still increasing, aiid also to the necessity of proceeding with the shelter-sheds. After appointiug the third Wednesday in the month iormeeiirigs, they closed.
