Ef the information conveyed by our Awa huri Correspondent, and by the letter of " Householder" from Apiti, be correct, then the school committee elections vn these places have been irregular. There is, however, no one to blame for this but the f ramers of the Act which has beon condemned by every newspaper in the colony as the most silly among thr> many curious ones in the New Zealand Statutes.
