This was a claim for the balance Of account of £31 2s 4d. Plaintiff deposed as to the particulars of the case. This evidence was taken to be forwarded to the R.M. Court in Featherston. JUDGMENT SUMMONS. S. J. Thompsom v. John Munro ; claims £10. Mr Prior for plaintiff. This was a case which had been adjourned from last Court day at' the request of defendant's solicitor, Mr Sandilands. "Since then defendant, had taken no notice, nor had he instructed . his solicitor. •Ordered to be paid in 7 days, or 7 days imprisonment in Wanganui. W Jones y. Tapita ; claim, £2 13s 2d. Mr Prior for plaintinff. Ordered to be paid in 14 days or in default 3 days imprisonment in Wanganui. Prior and Sandilands v. Tapita ; claim, £6 6s. Ordered to be paid in 14 days or in default 6 days imprisonment in Wanganui. This was all the business.
