Griffith, in moving that the report on the draft Constitution Bill be adopted, congratulated the Convention on the work done. After an attempt had been made by Sir George Grey to obtain recognition of the one man one vote principle, the motion was put and carried. Votes of thanks were accorded to Sir H, Parkesj Sir Samuel Griffith, and Hon. J. P. Abbott. Sir H. Parkes then declared the Convention dissolved, and the assemblage broke up with cheers for t.h« Onflflh.
