Spur, Road at Mr Thomas Thompson's house, on MON DAY,- 27th day of April, 1891, at 8 p.m., for the purpose of .receiving the Annual reports of the Committees ,for the .past year, and to elect new Committees for the ensuing year. At such time and place the Board directs that the newly elected Committees shall hold their firet meeting to elect Chairmen, whose names shall be at once forwarded to the Board's Seere 7 tary.
