April 1. Tbdmas Fry, alais Floyd, who fras arrested on a charge of assault and robbery of the old man Wm. Veitoh; who lifts since died, was brought up tb»dajr at the Police Court and charged rtrith the Wilful murder of Veitch. On the application 'of ilnspe'ctor Broham the case was remanded for a week.
