Brisbane;, This Day. A riot occurred near St. George, in which a party of Unionists were engaged. One free laborer was taken to the Hospital badly injured, and sixty men were arrested. The heaviest rain known for years is now falling in the disturbed districts. Sydney, March 80. Mr .T, M. Macrossan, one of the Queensland delegates to the National Convention, died to night. He had been ailing for some time back, and attended the Convention agpinst the advice of his medical advisers.
