New South Wales is inviting holders of £1,982,000 worth of 5 per cent debentures, which fall due in July and January next, to convert them into an equal amount of 3£ per cents pari passu ; the existing March and September debentures to be surrendered before the Ist June, interest to be payable till the date of maturity.
