«► FKEEMAN E. JACKSON AND CO.'S STOCK REPORT. Johnsonville, March 18. Fat cattle were in average supply, the number being equally divided between cows and steers. The bidding was brisk : all round at prices rather better on the average than last week. For sheep there was plenty of competition. Pigs which were in. abundance, made a ready sale. Ox beef made 15s 6d the lOOlbs ; export mutton 2Jd per Ib, and extra heavy wethers, 2d per lb.
