Mr Justice Denmston gave an important decision to-day, when he granted leave to enforce a sentence of a week's imprisonment in default of paying the amount of a judgment in the Resident Magistrate's Court, made against a man who filed his schedule just after she order of the Resident Magistrate was, • made, and who had had means to pay the ■ judgment but would not do so.
