Hack Flat Eace, of 25 soys ; to start at 1.15 p.m. ; distance, 1£ miles ; nomination, 10s ; acceptance, 15s. 4. Flying Stakes ;• to <tart at 2.15 p.m.; a handicap of 60sovs, second horse to receive 10 soys from the stakes ; distance, 6 furlongs ; nomination, £1 ; acceptance, 30s ; the triniicr of any handicap of 40 soys or over after the declaration of weights to carry "a penalty of olbs, the winner of the Feiiding Jockey Club Handicap to carry a penalty of 71 bs. o. Horses qualified to run for events 1, 3 and 5 are hacks only, A hack is a liorse that has never won an advertiser! race, or is nominated for any race at the time of starting, or fr 6 months previous thereto (liack or hunters races excepled). AM races to be run under the Wangaoui Jockey Club Eules, -Nominations for all races, which must euclose name <of horse, age. pedisrree, colours of rider, and name of owner, close on Friday, 6th March, at 8 30 p m., and must be addressed to the Secretary, P. 0., Feihiing. Weights for the F.J.C. Handicap and Flying Stakes will be declared on or about 13th March ; and for the Hack Hurdles and Hack ' Flat, 1| miles, .at 9.30 a m. on the day of the races, at the Secretary's office, Fergusson street, Feildang. Acceptances for F.J.C. Handicap and Plying Handicap close on Friday, 20th March; at. 830 p.m.. and must be addressed to the Secretary, P. 0., Feiiding ; and acceptances for the Hack Hurdles and Hack Flat, 1| miles, iniht be declared to the Secretary at hi- ■ fiiue, as above, riot later than 10.30 a.m. on the morning of the races.. This Club deducts no commission for expenses and pays amount of advertised stakes in full.'
