(Before Messrs H. L. Sherwill and W. G. Haybittle, J.P.s.) John Steyens v. Bundle, a book agent ; claim £3 10s ; was called. The Clerk of uhe Court said he did not think the Court had jurisdiction. Mr Prior, who appeared for plaintiff, contended that the Court could hear the case. Mr Sandilands, for defendant, said he had no objection to the Justices hearing the case. Mr Prior remarked that it would be a great conyenience to both parties if they would do so. The Bench decided they had no jurisdiction.
