London, December 5. The Labour Council has orlered the New Zealand Shipping Company. Frozen meat is unchanged. News has hen received here to the eff'd that the Portuguese lowered the British flag at Matacas, in Kra**lm"nica Country, and Moisted their own. A party sent by the British South African Oompany, surprised the Portuguese and replaced the flag. They captured two of the Portuguese leaders. In additions to hauling down the British flag, the Portuguese are reported to have invaded the British territory in Africa at other points. It is understood the Argentine Government will adopt the Committee's scheme, and issue a loan for 12,000,000 on the security of the Customs to meet coupons.
