Memoranda. o The dates of Mr Macarthur's meetings for this week are published to-day. Seventy acres of grazing land are advertised to let by Mr R. Groves, of the Watershed road. The Rev. To-day Mr E- Jennins, of Riverlands, near Awahuri, advertises for sale five first class young cows in full milk, quiet and broken to bail. These are really good cattle, well-bred, and well known as first-class milkers. The annual general meeting of the Mangaone Public Hall Company will be held on Thursday next at 7.30 p.m. An infimation re the final call of 10s per Bhare is also published in the advertisement which appears elsewhere. Separate tenders are invited by tbe Surveyor-General, Mr S. Percy-Smith, for contracts Nos 7 to 9, construction of about nine and a-half miles ofthe Moawhanga section of the Napier- Murirnotu road.
