[ PER UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION. ) Gisbobne. November 4. A man named Marshall wan accident* ally killed at Waipiro whilst bushfelling. Chbistchubch, NoTember 4. A lad named Nosworthv was severely crushed between the raiiwiy tracks at Ljtteilon, and is in a critical condition. Mastebton, November 4. An accident occurred at Wancraehu, near Upper Taueru, this morning, whereby a German named Henry Gundersen was killed. It appears that the deceased was engaged along with half a dozen others bushfelling, and was crushed to death by a limb of a large rata tree. "Wanganui, November 5. A man named John Pennell was killed at the heads this afternoon. He was standing with his back against the side of a cutting lately made in connection with the new railway station, when a piece of eurth fe!i and threw him ngunst a dray, his head coming in contact with the back of the dray, so that hit brains were knocked • ut. The deceased was well known here, being a member of the Naval Br gale, the Union Boat Club, and Fire Brigade.
