Titan is not giving an altogether pleasing account of himself; goodness alone knows how fast he can go for a bit, but. he tires, and when he begins to stop he stops .very quickly. Megaphone, is a very lengthy colt, a bit perhaps pn the leg. There can be no two opinions about his galloping, but, although it is rank . heresy to say so, I did not fancy he is over partial to a distance, and expect to see a mile and a quarter his best course. Mr Wallace has sent the champion galloway mare Kariri, by Musket — Atalanta*, on a visit to Mentor, who is having a great chance as a sire. . ;
